"I just purchased a new 2012 Victory Crossroads motorcycle from the NCY team. I didn't intend on buying a new bike until I was treated like a truly valued customer when I bought a ew helmet a couple weeks ago. I had to return the helmet due to a workmanship issue. The customer service person did a great job taking care of me. in the process, I had time to look over the Victory line of bikes. Then I met Greg. He told me all about the bikes and treated me very well. Then I met Derrick who helped me truly understand, in depth, what the Victory bike is all about. A week later, I traded my 2006 Yamaha in on a 2012 Victory. I could not be happier with my decision. The Victory is, to me, unparalleled by any motocycle anywhere! And, the service I received from Greg, Derrick and Margo was outstanding!! These folks understand who the customer is and take good care of you. I would (and will) recommend these folks to anyone interested in learning about motorcycles and learning and experiencing what outstanding service looks like!! In the past, I have purchased from the two "big" dealers MW and FBC, and this was by far the best overall experience. Before the sale, I was introduced to Staci T. in parts and accessories.
