  • "I originally posted a negative experience with a part ordered from NCY. This was based on the time it took to get the part into the postal system from the order date. I was in dire straights with time limitations to do a cross country ride and needed a new clutch cable. The postal tracking showed it sent on 6/20 with an arrival date of 6/24 which would have severely cramped my time before getting on the road. I needed a weekend to work on the bike. I was not happy, but what really happened was the part was delivered on Saturday 6/23! That cable made it from San Marcos, CA to a small town in TX in one day!!! I'm not certain how that happened but it did. The postal service deserves kudos and was as NCY. The new cable is installed and the bike is ready to roll. As a result I feel comfortable recommending NCY. It all worked out well."
